Jay and Jess Lonsdale are husband and wife who share a love of baking. They know what great cake tastes like and aim to make all of their cakes and bakes as scrumptious as possible. Top quality ingredients are used along with locally sourced products where available. Their eggs are from Clements Eggs in Carrowdore. Sprinkles & Crumbs bake their goods from their own fully inspected kitchen at home and have a five star health and hygiene rating from the council.
Jay has always been interested in baking and Jess has always been interested in art and craft, which has worked out rather well for creating bespoke cakes and bakes. They make a great team. They think homemade tastes best, and whether you want a victoria sponge, fruitcake, cupcakes, savoury bakes or a big celebration or novelty cake, they will endeavour to create that magical cake for you.
